4. Fair Usage Policy (VOIP)

Our VOIP Packages (R249 per month) are subject to a fair usage policy designed to ensure quality service for all customers.

Monthly Allowance: 1600 minutes per extension
Peak Hours: Standard usage limits apply during business hours
Excessive Use: May result in service adjustment or additional charges

Note: Fair usage is monitored to prevent network congestion and ensure quality for all users. Normal business usage will not be affected.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive for 100% service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Service Level: We use industry-standard infrastructure and monitoring
Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, third-party outages, etc.)
Downtime: KOA VERO is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

7. Limitation of Liability

KOA VERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to KOA VERO in the preceding 12 months.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our privacy notice.

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data.
